Are you passionate about education, Generation Z, or socioeconomic issues?

The Reclamation Project strives to promote content that belongs in the context of a variety of social, economic, and political issues. We always welcome new members who present unique outlooks into our world and embody diligence, organization, consistency, and reliability. If you wish to help foster positive representation and diversity in the media and inspire others to do the same, we strongly encourage you to apply to our team.


Members are expected to show respect and support to their coworkers, effectively communicate with the rest of our team, and contribute at least once a month, though we encourage more. Experience with other organizations and publications is not required, so long as you can demonstrate strong skills in your area of expertise.

JOB OPENINGS

Media Team
Media Team
  • Attend regular meetings with the Director of Projects to receive briefings on current relevant projects that will form the subject of videos
  • Generate in a collaborative manner creative ideas for structure and content of media for marketing (ie promotional and educational videos) and creative content (ie podcasts, virtual mics, Instagram takeovers, etc.)
  • Demonstrate technical skill in video, animation, and editing softwares, as well as social media platforms.
  • Coordinate technical details of virtual streaming over platforms such as Youtube, Facebook Live, Streamyard, etc.
  • Implement feedback from Director of Projects into your work in a timely manner
