Responsibilities

  • Select prompts from a list of topics developed by our Instagram Managers
  • Draft relevant, well-researched, and engaging information for Instagram posts
  • Have considerable writing experience with academic essays and journalism
  • Meet deadlines consistently
  • 1-3 hour commitment per week

  • Specialize in digital art and graphic design with access to appropriate software (i.e. Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

  • Develop list of all required logistics of planning event prior to delegating to team
  • Lead weekly team and 1-on-1 meetings with projects members to provide organizational updates, as well as creative and organizational assistance on tasks
  • Analyze tasks and delegate those tasks to the most appropriate member(s) based on skill set
  • Edit and review any team member deliverables prior to public release
  • Reviewing any incoming applications for projects team members
  • Check-in with heads of past/ongoing initiatives to advise on continuing development strategies

  • Coordinate the production of The Radical Magazine, including the drafting process, design process, meetings, various timelines, and all logistics
  • Coordinate methods to improve The Radical Magazine and to receive feedback from our audience and team
  • Recruit and onboard writers, editors, artists, and graphic designers alongside other executive members
